Delete Your BondOn Account

1. Delete inside the app

• Open Settings and choose Delete Account in BondOn.
• Confirm the request and provide an optional reason.
• Standard requests are generally processed within 7 days after verification and review.

2. What is deleted or de-identified

BondOn will remove or de-identify account and authentication records where deletion is technically and legally available, including profile data, community membership links, access request records, matrimony profiles, invite associations, notification preferences, uploaded profile images, matrimony photos, files, and media associated with your account where reasonably possible.

Messages and community records may be deleted, de-identified, or retained in limited form where needed to preserve conversation context for other users, safety investigations, audit trails, or legal compliance.

3. What may be retained

Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, ban enforcement, audit, dispute handling, safety review, or legal compliance. Backup and log copies may remain until they expire through normal retention cycles.

4. If you cannot access the app

Email support@sanghance.com and include enough information for us to verify ownership of the account. If you still have app access, the in-app deletion flow is the preferred method.
