BondOn Legal
Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern use of BondOn, including the mobile app, web pages, invite links, community chat, matrimony features, admin tools, and connected services operated by Sanghance.
1. Acceptance and operator
BondOn is operated by Sanghance ("Sanghance", "BondOn", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accepting an invite, accessing the mobile app, using invite links, or using any BondOn web page or connected service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use BondOn.
2. Eligibility and account information
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. BondOn is not for minors. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your account, profile, community membership details, invite information, access request, or matrimony profile. If you create a matrimony profile for a family member or another represented person, you confirm that you have their permission and authority to provide their information.
3. Sign-in, verification, and security
User-facing BondOn access uses mobile number verification and OTP flows. Admin web access may use email/password sign-in and requires authorized admin claims. You are responsible for securing your device, OTPs, sessions, and any admin credentials issued to you. You must not share invite codes, OTPs, or admin access in a way that bypasses BondOn verification. We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, community misuse, or policy violations.
4. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
- Do not post or send unlawful, hateful, threatening, deceptive, or abusive content.
- Do not impersonate another person, create fake profiles, misrepresent age, marital status, community affiliation, employment, education, family details, or authority to represent someone else.
- Do not scrape user data, harvest phone numbers, bypass community restrictions, reverse engineer security controls, or interfere with platform reliability.
- Do not upload malware, spam, fraudulent invitations, unauthorized advertising, or content that infringes another person's privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
- Do not use BondOn for dowry demands, financial scams, loan requests, investment schemes, extortion, stalking, doxxing, or harassment.
- Do not use BondOn for child sexual abuse or exploitation. BondOn has zero tolerance for CSAE-related conduct.
5. Communities, access requests, chat, media, and invites
BondOn includes invite-only and open community workflows, access requests, group chat, one-to-one chat, media sharing, and notification flows. You are responsible for the messages, files, photos, videos, voice notes, link previews, profile photos, invite targets, access request notes, and other content you submit.
If you upload or send content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is lawful for the intended audience. If you use contact-based invite tools, you must have the right to use the selected phone numbers for invitations. You must not use invites, messaging, WhatsApp/SMS delivery, or push notifications for spam, harassment, commercial solicitation, or abuse. Community admins and moderators may review relevant records when handling access, reports, safety issues, or operational support.
6. Matrimony terms
- Use matrimony only for genuine matrimonial purposes for yourself or a represented family member.
- Provide truthful information, including age, marital status, education, profession, religion, caste, community, family details, representative details, profile photos, and partner preferences.
- Do not create profiles for minors, use another person's photos without permission, conceal material facts, solicit money, demand dowry, or use matrimony interactions for harassment or fraud.
- BondOn is a technology platform for community-based discovery and communication. We do not guarantee marriage, compatibility, background verification, profile accuracy, or user conduct.
- You remain responsible for independent verification of any profile, family, background, claim, document, or contact detail shared by another user.
- Use caution before sharing personal details, photos, financial information, documents, or meeting another person. Meet in safe public settings and involve trusted family members where appropriate.
7. Reports, moderation, and enforcement
Users may report accounts, messages, invitations, access requests, communities, or matrimony profiles. We may review reported content, metadata, moderation history, invite activity, admin audit logs, and related account activity to investigate abuse or safety risks. We may warn, restrict, block, remove, de-rank, hide, suspend, or permanently ban users, communities, profiles, or content where justified by safety, legal, or operational concerns. We may preserve limited evidence for abuse prevention, ban enforcement, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
8. User content license
You retain ownership of the content you create, subject to any rights held by others. By submitting content to BondOn, you grant Sanghance a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, transmit, and distribute that content only as necessary to operate, secure, moderate, back up, troubleshoot, improve, and lawfully provide the Service.
9. Third-party services and availability
BondOn relies on third-party services and platforms, including Firebase, Google Cloud, OneSignal, MSG91 or similar invite-message providers, app stores, analytics, crash reporting, hosting, and notification services. Their availability, delivery, and processing may affect BondOn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, message delivery, invite delivery, OTP delivery, profile visibility, matching outcomes, or permanent retention of any feature, message, media, or uploaded content.
10. Termination and deletion
You may request deletion of your account from within the app or through the Delete Account page. We may also suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or safety risk, misuse community or matrimony features, or compromise platform integrity. After deletion, certain limited records may be retained or de-identified where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, ban enforcement, legal compliance, backups, audits, or dispute resolution. Some content may remain in conversations or community records in deleted, de-identified, or limited form where needed to preserve context for other users or safety investigations.
11. Intellectual property
BondOn, Sanghance, the BondOn name, logos, designs, software, interfaces, and related materials are owned by Sanghance or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse BondOn materials except as allowed by law or with written permission. You must not remove proprietary notices or use BondOn branding to impersonate us or suggest unauthorized endorsement.
12. Disclaimers and liability
