Delete Your BondOn Account

1. Delete inside the app

• Open Settings and choose Delete Account in BondOn.
• Confirm the request and provide an optional reason.
• Standard requests are generally processed within 7 days after verification and review.

2. What is deleted

BondOn will remove or de-identify account data, including profile data, community links, matrimony profiles, and user content associated with your account, subject to legal and operational constraints.

3. What may be retained

Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, ban enforcement, audit, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

4. If you cannot access the app

Email support@sanghance.com and include enough information for us to verify ownership of the account. If you still have app access, the in-app deletion flow is the preferred method.
