Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern the use of BondOn, which is operated by Sanghance.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use BondOn.
2. Account and Sign-In
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account. BondOn may offer sign-in through phone verification, email, Google Sign-In, and Sign in with Apple.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not post or send unlawful, hateful, threatening, deceptive, or abusive content.
- Do not impersonate others, scrape user data, abuse invites, or interfere with platform security.
- Do not upload malware, spam, or infringing material.
- Do not use BondOn for child sexual abuse or exploitation. BondOn has zero tolerance for CSAE-related conduct.
4. Communities, Chat, and Media
You are responsible for messages, invitations, files, photos, videos, and voice notes that you submit. You must have the right to share that content and to use any contact details you submit for invitations.
5. Matrimony Terms
Matrimony features must be used only for genuine matrimonial purposes. All information you provide must be truthful, and you remain responsible for independently verifying other profiles, families, claims, and contacts.
6. Moderation and Enforcement
BondOn may review reports, messages, profiles, invite activity, and related metadata to investigate abuse or safety concerns. We may warn, restrict, hide, suspend, or permanently ban users or content.
7. User Content License
You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Sanghance a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve BondOn.
8. Termination and Deletion
You may request account deletion from within the app. Sanghance may suspend or terminate access where justified by safety, legal, or operational concerns. Limited records may be retained for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, audit, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
BondOn is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanghance is not responsible for the conduct or statements of users and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
10. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, India having exclusive jurisdiction. Contact support@sanghance.com for legal notices or reports of violations.
